As Concierge Plus’ creative director, Ian brings an eagle-eye approach to detail and an motivating spirit that encourages everyone around him.After graduating from the Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design with a degree in communication Design, Ian set forth to Tokyo where he spent seven years working as a designer, art director, and creative director.
While living in Tokyo, he was the creative lead on several large-scale projects, including Conrad Tokyo Hilton, Apple and Toshiba.
When he’s not playing fearless leader to the Concierge Plus design team, Ian spends his time intriguing everyone with his encyclopedia-like memory for anecdotes about Japanese culture, facts about avant-garde art, music, and film.
Ian especially love artists who risk everything to challenge convention and he brings that gusto to work with him everyday (on his bicycle, of course).

Gustavo is a full-stack web developer who creates visually stunning, high performing websites, web applications and mobile apps that empower clients and drive sales.
With more than 10 years of experience, Gustavo has conceptualized, developed, and optimized applications in many industries, ranging from enterprise financial, government and retail software in the early 2000’s to modern, rich, and responsive web applications.
He assures the successful execution of Concierge Plus’ mission through his work in development and deployment. Gustavo also drives creativity, innovation and performance throughout the team, in the technology stack and processes.
Gustavo’s knowledge and skills are impressive but that’s not all; he brings a light-hearted sense of humor to the Concierge Plus team and is a regular winner of the inter-office trophy!
Kiran, Concierge Plus’ Sales Director, has a background in consulting, banking (Canada and Europe) and government, Kiran brings a wide range of skills to the team. Most recently, he has been offering sales consulting extensively in the software and online industries.
Before joining Concierge Plus, Kiran worked at SAP where he was highly involved in development, sales, and channel and partner management. His experience with HSBC, National Bank Financial and several web and software start-ups has given him with strong experience in competitive environments.
When not leading sales initiatives at Concierge Plus, Kiran is an avid traveler and a great adventurer, in fact, he recently tried tofu for the first time!
At the heart of our organization is Valeria Moniz, our Human Resources Director. With decades of experience in both complex and boutique-style organizations, Val specializes in recruitment, performance management, benefits & compensation, employee retention, leadership, and coaching. Since joining Concierge Plus she has spearheaded a strong recruitment & retention program and implemented a framework to support steady and positive growth. Her HR expertise is derived from a breadth of industry experience across design, communications, and technology sectors. Val’s favorite quote is, “Don’t be afraid of going slowly, be only afraid of standing still.”
Matt is a natural leader who has managed the technical implementation of a number of successful web development projects. He has a strong background in development, as well as in-depth knowledge of technical implications for every step of the project management process and the long range business objectives.
At Concierge Plus, Matt is responsible for ensuring quality assurance, excellent customer support, and ongoing performance of our hosting platform, LiveCMS. His role demands he stay on top of multiple projects, as well as managing a team across a variety of disciplines. On the weekends, Matt spends time with his family and being actively involved with local politics.
Brent’s passion for creating products and services that improve Clients’ productivity and quality of life, results oriented approach and problem solving was honed while leading Digital solutions teams in both large corporations and nimble start-ups in Toronto, Houston, Milan, Beijing, India and Israel.
Having both a global strategic perspective and a keen attention to the smallest detail has resulted in several industry awards and recognition over his career. With an Ivey MBA, a B.Comm in hospitality and tourism, a passion for Real Estate and Technology, and a mind to consistently asking; “How can we exceed the end objective?”, Brent has delivered exceptional results such as the creation and launch of Canada’s leading Financial Advisor Portfolio Analysis solution: Portfolio Sense™; a global asset management firm’s e-Business strategy and roll-out in Continental Europe; and Marketing Consulting to one of Canada’s largest Property Developers on a $3 billion, 25 year build residential, commercial and retail development in the GTA.
When Brent isn’t pursuing interesting and engaging career opportunities he is either taking his rescue dog to the beach, going on a long-distance run with his wife, honing his far from perfect cooking skills, or taking his car to a race track with other yet-to-be-discovered F1 drivers.
Bob Tune, our Chief Financial Officer, has been helping small to medium companies grow for over three decades. Bob knows the best way to set up companies and has worked in a senior finance capacity with both private and public organizations. Bob is a seasoned expert in managing corporate structure systems, working with cash management, and managing both HR and non-HR related issues. Out of the office, this ex-hockey coach spends his time in Florida working on his golf swing.
A 20-year veteran in the web development and content management sectors, Peter created Concierge Plus in 1999 to be an all-in-one online property management platform for high-rise condos and HOAs/low-rise communities.
To meet the needs of property managers, board association members, front desk staff, and residents, Peter realized he had to design a content management system that was robust and easy-to-use.
As CEO of WebCanada, Peter had already spearheaded a successful partnership with real estate and hospitality clients by using dedicated and visually stunning websites powered by a user-friendly content management system.
This system, called LiveCMS, is now used in over 70 countries and garners more than a $1-billion in revenue annually for clients. The same content management system powers Concierge Plus.
Peter uses his experience gained at the helm of WebCanada, now recognized as a global leader in online hospitality marketing, to guide Concierge Plus as it continues to innovate, grow, and provide exceptional service to condo communities of all sizes in Canada and across the United States.
