See what’s new from Concierge Plus!
Perhaps it’s been a while since you’ve checked in with us. The team here has been busy developing new features in Concierge Plus based directly on valuable feedback from Property Managers, Board Members and Front Desk staff. From working with our amazing customers to attending numerous trade shows where we get to talk to industry experts in technology, real estate and property management, we’ve been able to build out new features that will help property managers make booking amenities more convenient for all involved and make security shift changes smoother.
Here are some new features we’re rolling out:
Online Payments for Amenity Bookings
You can now allow residents to pay for amenity bookings securely online using their major credit card. We’ve integrated with Stripe.com, one of North America’s leading online payment platforms. Stripe offers a powerful yet flexible suite of tools for collecting and organizing commerce online.
For the property managers, we’ve provided controls on configuring fees for your amenities and whether residents must pay online or continue to have an option to pay in person. We’ve also automated refunds on cancellations, where you allow them. The best part about this feature is that all of this is available to you without any extra cost. Unlike some competitors, we don’t charge you to book your amenities.
Pass On/Pass Down Logs
Security and front desk personnel can now pass along shift notes using our new Pass On/Pass Down Log feature. Instead of having neon colored sticky notes plastered on every flat surface available, front desk staff can now electronically pass information to a pre-populated list of Concierge Plus users, which can be controlled by the administrator. Those users will then receive a prompt as soon as they login, automatically, minimizing the chance for important notes to be missed and giving visibility to property managers on whether front desk staff have viewed the notes.
