Welcome back to our part three series on property management trade shows. Let’s dive right in and give you an idea of what to expect at your first property management trade show:

  1. First off, there are a lot of vendors. Don’t be overwhelmed, but go with a plan. Don’t waste time meandering about the trade show floor. Look at the list of exhibitors and see if they are taking appointments. Often, you’ll be able to book in a ten or fifteen minute consultation with vendor reps so that you can learn about their product or service and ask questions in a one-on-one environment.
  2. Show up with questions from your residents. Industry and thought-leaders gather at trade shows so bring concerns and questions from your board members and residents. They will thank you!
  3. Be prepared: yes, companies are selling their services and products at trade shows. If you’re not interested, simply gather information and move on to your next appointment.

Concierge Plus attends many trade shows all over the United States and Canada. But did you know, we also offer free trials and demos. Click here to book yours, today.
